Big Update!

- Added lava, a fireball attack for the bat enemies, and an attack for the big cat monster thing

- Added button to show all crafting recipes, not just the ones you have the materials needed for

- Added ability to toggle camera zoom level

- More sound effects

- Converted drop items to KinematicBody's to hopefully improve performance, esp. on browsers

- Added controller support (scrollbars still need mouse). Tested on a PS4 controller only so far.

- Added splash screen and icons

- Various tweaks and bug fixes
